Where are you based?

I am based at the Life Therapy Centre in Swansea City Centre, (UK).

I am able to attract a global client base with appointments via zoom/skype. At present I have clients in the UK and Europe.

How is coaching carried out?

I offer digital life coaching sessions via telephone, WhatsApp video call, Skype or Zoom.

I can also do face to face sessions if you live in Swansea, UK.

What if I don't know what my goals are?

I can help you through a range of tools to discover your inner most desires, your internal dreams and support you to work towards these.
